Meditation for well-being

Meditation is a great skill to acquire, it will help you in times of stress, anxiety, grief, but also when you want to become more creative or assertive. Learning meditation techniques can help unleash your true potentials. It requires practice and patience but even after one session you can feel the benefits. I usually start with a short relaxation and breath work, than it is followed by specific techniques that I choose according to the person I am teaching. I am a qualified Yoga and Meditation teacher since 1988 and I have a lot of experience in teaching groups and 1-2-1.
